What people do you spend money with? Customer service is king. Every time I went to find out why I could not get reception in my own home in the middle of Las Vegas, AT&T blamed the iPhone. CLICK TO PLAY VIDEO:

Love this. I can totally relate. I can’t wait to “break up” with AT& T when my contract ends in September. I’m a little gun shy but I’m excited about the mobile possibilities!
Welcome to the wide open world of Verizon! I left Sprint years ago. Added probably two years to my life, as my blood pressure stays lower, because my phone MAKES ANS COMPLETES a call. what a novel concept!
I’m a bit late in seeing this … but it is still funny. I hope your new relationship is working out well.
In Canada, one of our telephone service suppliers is Bell – as in “Alexander Graham”. We were having problems with our home line, so I arranged a service call from them. They said “we will be there sometime between 7:30 am and 8 pm”. I was astounded – and told them that I live 10 minutes away from work. Could they call when they were leaving the house before mine and I would meet them there. Their response – “No, we can’t call.” I bit my tongue – but almost suggested they get a cell phone – from Koodo or Rogers, since Bell is so unreliable. Customer service, customer service, customer service.
