Are the the person everyone around you looks to for answers? It’s great to be the “go to” person! Good for the ego. Here is a better question, do the people around you stretch your perspective?
You may have never heard of James Malinchak, but he’s a speaker to know. I had heard of him, and heard he lived here in Las Vegas. I had a chance to have lunch with him yesterday. WOW. He is a master marketer and reminded me speaking is a business first. Even if you want to change the world, you still have to market that.
A few words of wisdom from James got me to “rethink” parts of my business and my plan. While he is not “well known” in the speaking market, he is in the large event market and speaks at T Harv events, as well as for Mark Victor Hansen, and even coaches some high-profile celebrities in their business.
