Drive to Vegas update:
I made it as far as Santa Rosa, New Mexico (500 + miles 1 AM Tulsa time) Stopped at a Holiday Inn Express. I admit it, the commercials got me! I’m thinking it could lead to a humor bit soon. Hey, I need to be refreshed when I drive all day today!
Seriously, what a great way to see the country, drive. Especially as the calendar strikes 9/11 and I had to deal with the frustrations over the phone as I drove about my home buying issues. I could have to start my whole home search over! Auuugh! Then, I thought it could be much worse…I laughed at myself thinking, “What do I REALLY have to complain about.” You?
Will you take 5 minutes today and reflect on what you feel thankful for, and laugh once at yourself for the things we take for granted…..?
