One Moving Question, One Packing Rule!

OK, so I’m headed out the door to drive to Vegas. I planned on leaving this morning. One moving question, one packing rule!
Packing Rule # 1 Always take your ink cartridges out of your printers before you pack them. Guess how I know that! Not sure if you are aware, but gravity works even in Tulsa. Needless to say I put the box on it’s side and noticed as I was carrying it, and well, I’ve got black ink spots all over my hands and my car. Had to throw away my favorite shorts and a Champions’ Edge t-shirt.
Question # 1 about moving??? Why do we think it will take less time, less money and effort to move than it does? Probably if it did we’d never do it!
I’m departing about 3:45pm Tulsa time and about to trek 17 hours to Las Vegas. (Hoping not to follow Bugs Bunny and take a wrong turn in Albuquerque!)
See you later “Tornado Alley,” hello “Dry heat!”

PS If you are in OK, TX, NM, or NV -beware of the black ink spotted Darren!

Sorry to hear about the ink getting all over. As an Edge member I can think of a question of my own after reading this posting:
“There are Champion’s Edge T-shirts?”
That was MY first thought!!
