Each year over 25,000 contestants compete in a speech contest hosted by Toastmasters International hosts called World Championship of Public Speaking. The previous World Champions gather informally the morning of the contest to share stories, experiences, and laughs.
This year Tumbleweed Entertainment video taped the breakfast for a documentary on the fear of public speaking: SPEAKEASY. More info about that visit: www.tumbleweedentertainment.com Join 5 World Champions for Breakfast, and hear what they talk about when they are not on the platform.
We all respect and admire each other greatly. We also like to tease each other.

This video is so interesting to me. It is directly relevant to your teaching of connecting with your audience. It allows your readership to see and hear the human side of the champs and appreciate that you are all just people. As I watched this, I was struck at how no one really knew who LaShunda was. Like each of you… at this moment LaShunda was the proverbial “noone” and now… enough said.
